A dynamic, up-lifting and multi-sensory experience is what awaits you with this musical treat. This is not your usual peaceful and relaxing musical experience expected from this genre, rather one to listen to at a volume where you can feel the pulsing of the rhythms and beats throughout your body as well as hearing them. The experience fully engaged me from beginning to end and left me feeling that a ‘broom’ had been taken to all the Chakras clearing out every nook and cranny. The music takes one through a journey of the Chakras, which is both grounding and invigorating, building to a soothing and integrating final track that left me both blissful and re-energised. Highly recommended especially where there’s a need for balancing and movement to action required.
