Cooling-off Period
By law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any goods within seven days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. We regret we cannot except cancellations for audio CD's where the seal has been broken.
If you do cancel your order Organic Blonde guarantees to give a full refund provided the goods are returned unopened and unused, (with any seals and shrink wrap intact), including all packaging and documentation. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please enclose a covering letter giving a brief explanation for the cancellation and attach the invoice. Please package the relevant goods securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If the item has been damaged during delivery, or is faulty, Organic Blonde guarantees to replace the goods on receipt of the damaged goods from you with a covering letter clearly stating the nature of the damage or fault.
Damage returns must be made within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

- In the case of a faulty item please provide a full description of the fault.
