Try this quick 5 minute guided relaxation and feel the difference.

Before you start your PFM try to ensure you can have 10 minutes uninterrupted time. If possible, take your phone off the hook and lock the door.

Make sure you're sitting comfortably and when you've got to the relaxation area press play, sit back, relax and enjoy.

If you can't play the music on your system then just find a quiet still place to slowly read through and follow the instructions for the guided relaxation. It will only take about five to ten minutes.
