Eastern medicine has always recognized and worked with energy. It flows through all living things and is vital to the wellbeing of life. This energy is known as 'Ki' in Japan, 'Chi' in China and 'Prana' in India.
Reiki, Tai Chi and Yoga are just some of the practices that are based on the free flow of this energy in a person. Life force flows within, through and around the physical body and when this energy flow is disrupted, for whatever reason, the physical body does not function as it should.

Self-Healing
The body has seven main energy centres, also known as "Chakras", which if balanced, centered and grounded properly will offer a much healthier and fulfilling physical and emotional life. "Music Moves Within Me" is based on these seven main energy centres working from the Base Chakra up through the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakras. The music has the ability to achieve balance and harmony within these seven main Chakra’s whilst raising consciousness, self awareness and aiding in self-healing.
Music Moves Within Me is a great way of giving your energetic body a full MOT, however, regularly practising relaxation and meditation is a way in which the flow of life force energy can be maintained and balanced. Meditation is relaxing the body and calming the mind and is an excellent tool for managing stress.
We relax in meditation by paying attention to our body. When we consciously relax, our bodies undergo a number of physiological changes – our breath slows and stabilises, muscles soften, blood pressure drops and the circulatory and digestive systems improve. Relaxation is not falling asleep nor is it day-dreaming.
