This one day workshop is designed to promote a positive attitude in using your voice, together with mantra, chant and percussion to bring you joy, to lift your spirit and to raise consciousness.
During the day, you will develop skill in using mantra and voice to raise spiritual awareness. You will gain an understanding of the use of mantra and chant to help you focus and gain balance and harmony within your body’s main Chakra energy system. You will explore rhythm and tempo and work with basic percussion to stimulate and energise, increasing blood flow and helping clear negative energies.
All this in one action packed, fun-filled day!
No musicianship or singing voice is required, all that’s
needed is a willingness to learn how to use your voice in a positive way.
Sunday 15th October 2006 from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Cost - £35.00 per person to include light refreshments (deposit with booking required).
Please bring your own lunch and a cushion.
