20th February 2010 - The Flower
There was a flower growing in the desert.
It had no shade from the sun; it had no water that you could see,
But it flowered and its beauty was admired by all who passed.
Where does the flower get its water from they asked.
Where has the colour come from?
And how can it remain standing in the force of all that surrounds it?
But the flower knew; the flower had faith
The flower had deep roots and the roots travelled to the centre of all things
And was nurtured by God.
And the flower had hope and faith
And the flower had peace and harmony
And the flower bloomed.
The flower knew that it would remain as long as it was intended.
For the flower had other things to occupy itself with.

You must shape the future that you desire, that you wish,
With your hands;
With your thoughts;
With your steps;
With your mind;
With your vision.
You may shape your own future.
It is important to be wise.
It is important to listen to yourself.
It is important to listen to your heart.
It is important to feel comfort in the steps you take.
Shape your own destiny for it is entirely in your hands.
You must decide which doors to walk through.
You must walk through those doors when they open.

Do not worry about the course.
Do not worry about the means.
Allow yourself to picture that which you wish.
Allow all things to be and it will be so.
Do not worry about the how

Just do.
All will be revealed and all will be well.

Remain fixed upon your course for all is well and all will be revealed.
Heaven is upon you now and we are here.

January 30th 2010 - The Wild Flower
As a wild flower, one will grow where it will.
The wild flower has no illusions.
The wild flower has no allegiance.
The wild flower grows in a place where conditions are best for its development.
This will include the soil.
This will include the air.
This will include the sunlight.
This will include the elements.
This will include more and more space.
Space to grow.
When the wild flower has all these accompaniments,
it grows into the most beautiful specimen.
Seek out the best ground.
Seek out the best place where you may grow.
Seek out the best conditions.
Seek out the right elements.
As the wild flower grows, you must cultivate the soil around you
So that it nurtures.
So that all elements are provided for your growth.
Seek out the aspects that suit you so that you may grow.
For grow you must, you cannot remain dormant.

What do words say?
Words are only words.
Where is the truth?
The truth is in your heart.
The truth is in your eyes.
The truth is in the steps you make.
The truth is in the love you bring.
Many things are said.
Many words are spoken.
The truth remains hidden if the words are spoken from the mouth
and not from the heart.
There is no deception when one speaks from the heart.
There is no hiding place for everything is open and clear.
Meaning may be lost if the heart is not engaged.
Things would be a lot clearer if we meant what we said.
We in the Angelic Realms have purpose; we have meaning behind all that we reveal, all that we say.
There is purpose behind all action; there is purpose behind all happenings which are designed for your growth.
They are designed to give you understanding; to give meaning to the words that we bring.
Words are only a part of life for words are only words if they have no meaning.
In the Angelic Realms we say that words have meaning and if you do not mean the words, why reveal them? Why say?
It is an extremely important question that all may ask themselves.
That you may ask yourself.
That you may ask others.

January 16th 2010 - Learning
We who sit at the right hand side of God survey and observe all happenings.
All is seen; nothing can be hidden for we are of the light of God and we see all things.
We sometimes are amused at the complexity of human emotion, for you weave in and out and round and about, avoiding conclusion and avoiding peace and happiness. We in the Angelic Realms of God observe – we cannot say which is the right way – we cannot say walk this path; we cannot say do this; we cannot say do not feel this emotion for these are discoveries that the soul must make on its journey through life.
The message is one of learning.
Learning is the most important thing that can be experienced for when one learns what the truth is, pain may be avoided, light ensues and happiness evolves.
It is a message preached by many for those who wish to hear. Be not afraid of the unknown; be not afraid of adventure; be not afraid of any situation that you may find yourself in for with learning and experience by your side, everything may be negotiated in peace and harmony, without drama, without tears and without sadness and anger.
Those emotions are primal, old, musty and full of weight. They have no place now.
Allow your eyes to remain fixed upon the horizon so that you may walk forward and achieve your potential.
Are you not learned? Are you not experienced?
Are you not wise?
These are the gifts we bring – these are the building blocks upon which you may build your life.
Learn from the experience you have lived through if you do not wish sorrow; if you only wish peace and harmony for yourself and others.

19th December 2009 - Illusion
There are many illusions.
There are many obstacles.
There are many occurrences that unbalance.
There are many occurrences that upset the movement forward.
These must be viewed with equanimity.
These must be viewed dispassionately.
These must be viewed as mere landscape.
They are part of the landscape and must be seen and walked through.
You may see them and you may know of their presence but do not allow these occurrences and presences to deter you from your focus and from your goals.
It is important to maintain momentum and achieve that which you have set out to achieve.
The way forward is open.
The way forward is wide.
The way forward is bright.
In life, there are many occurrences that conspire to throw us off the path of the light.
These occurrences are part of life and cannot be eliminated.
They are merely there to assist in your growth and test your resolve.
To allow growth, unrestrict your movement and allow all to flow and grow.

12th December - Pleasure
The way of the light is often misinterpreted.
The way of the light is often talked about as completely unblemished,
completely virtuous - completely morose –
for there are many things that make up life and some things may not be pristine.
Some things may be blemished but it is the way of life.
Life is full of experience and joy and is to be explored.
One cannot live without bliss, one cannot live without ecstasy.
One cannot remain infertile.
One cannot remain in a place that is bland; in a place that has no character;
in a place that has no map; in a place that has no design or mountains
or that has no scenery.
No!
One must explore the caves.
One must explore the mountain tops.
One must explore the wide open spaces and one must swim in the water of life,
for only by swimming in the water of life may one realise the bliss
and the ecstasy that may be achieved in the understanding and attainment of pleasure.
That is pleasure that is open to all of us; pleasure which is our right.
It is our right to have pleasure; it is our right to explore.
It is right to have adventure.
It is the way of God.
It is the way of the light – to experience joy - one cannot live without joy and one cannot live without love.

Remain focussed.
Remain tall and strong.
Keep your eyes fixed on the horizon that you see before you.
Walk towards the light for all is well and we are walking with you, if you could but see.
All of us – walking, standing, singing and praying – we are all around.
You will not fall for we are with you.
Stand in your power.
Embrace all for all are here and around you and in front.
Gaze upon the light of God.
Feel the strength.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the beauty.
Embrace your path for you are walking upon it and all is very well indeed.

28th November 2009 - The Truth
The truth is a guiding light.
The truth is a beacon to which you are drawn.
In dealings with others we ask that you remain fixed upon the light;
fixed upon the beacon; fixed upon the truth.
For the truth is the only solace.
The truth is the only truth; is the only guide.
There is a particular voice which speaks.
It is the voice of reason.
It is the voice of truth.
It is the voice of a particular aspect.
It is the voice of a particular journey.
The voice may be heard if you but listen.
There are many things in the wind.
There are many things that blow hither and thither.
Seeds that are as light as feathers are blown across your path and ahead you can see them in the light
for they reflect truth; they reflect glory; they reflect vision.
One must open ones eyes and one must see clearly.
There they are.
They are now within your grasp.
You may reach and you may touch; you may experience and you may walk forward; you may walk with pleasure.
The choices - the path - leads to an open space and leads to much.
See the seeds as they sparkle and dance and sparkle and dance they shall
for all is well and all is recognised.

We will talk about stars.
Sometimes it is difficult to ascertain your star.
It is difficult to walk towards the star for there are many that shine brightly.
There are many that glitter and glisten and beckon.
Sometimes it is very difficult to choose the star.
But let us say that you are chosen.
The star will choose you for there is something within its light that draws you.

15th November 2009 - Flow
There are many challenges.
There are many ways forward.
There are many ways to achieve your goals; to achieve that which you seek.
It is important always to walk with Grace.
It is important always to allow that which needs to be for in the halting of the flow, much is lost.
In the scheme of life, much appears in turmoil - that is not always the truth for many things may occur that are hidden, that are not revealed.
Many things may appear in turmoil but they have their own logic and they have their own importance and must be allowed.
The flow must be allowed to flow for the flow will take you where you wish to go.
To remain upright creates resistance - when one is upright one sees where one is going and maybe one does not wish to go in that direction but it important that that direction that is walked, is achieved, is reached, for it is the destination.
The allowance of flow is the most important aspect.
Do not resist; do not – for all is in Divine Order and all is as prescribed.
All is as ordained.

November 7th 2009 - Truth
In the scheme of life thing may change in a moment
It is important to remain focussed;
it is important to allow the flow;
to remain calm when all is changing.
The path may not always be smooth but it is important to remain true!
True to that which lies within your soul for it is the only truth when all things have fallen beside you.
When all has fallen away, the truth remains to guide you and support you.
Your truth is the truth.
When things become cloudy; when vision becomes impaired,
look to the truth;
look to that which has guided you thus far and remain fixed upon its path,
upon its guidance.

October 31st 2009 - Motive
We will talk about hunger, we will talk about desire.
We will talk about the need for growth and achievement.
We will talk about that which drives you forward. You may ask yourself why?
You may ask, what is it that I wish to achieve?
What is it that I want?
What drives me?
What is my passion?
What is my reason for wanting to undertake this particular course of action?
In the examination of motive, much may be gained; much may be realised and much may be seen. It is important to unfold and examine the flower you have picked.
What can be seen amongst its petals?
Desire; emotion; need; satisfaction; growth; love; peace; joy; harmony.
What of the heart?
See the heart within the flower.
Examine what is real and what is perceived.
Once the flower is picked, it will soon wither for it cannot grow without nurture; without love.
Therefore all that thrives must be driven by love; for love is the only energy.
Love is the only thing that will sustain the flower.
It is the only thing that will sustain you upon your path. Love of yourself; love of your path; love of your choices; love of your doings!

October 24th - Purpose
The building blocks of life are complicated and many.
The aspects that may be open are many.
It is sometimes very difficult to choose; to make the steps; to build the life that you desire; to reach the goals that you have set.
It is also a very fine and delicate process.
It cannot be rushed. It cannot be ignored.
One always has purpose; one cannot drift aimlessly from one place to another for it is important to allow continuity and to build on that which you have learned previously.
Many people ignore the basic structure.
They dart here and there but eventually a realisation occurs.
Purpose! Purpose! Purpose!
In the achievement of purpose lies purpose.
In the achievement of goals; in the achievement of greatness, steps must be taken and realised.
Not steps that just allow, but steps that allow the real way; steps that allow change for transformation can only be achieved in changing that which lay before you to suit your purpose.
It is a conscious choice and decision and cannot be left to others.
It must be made by you.
You must make the choices; you must make the decision; you must choose your direction, choose your goals, and choose your purpose, for you have choice.
All have choice.
There are choices to be made to achieve the outcome that you desire.

Otober 17th 2009 - Turth
It has often been said that the path to peace and happiness is a difficult journey and owes much to the stages of development within the ride.
Truth is notoriously difficult to admit and achieve and attention must be paid at all times.
Deferring the application and recognition of truth simply delays resolve and results in mayhem, gloom and despondency and the risk of further complication.
A balanced perspective may only be achieved when truth has been observed and adhered to, though it is often the most difficult of practices.
One does not always wish to hurt the feelings of others. One does not always wish to admit to something that can distasteful because of a perceived outcome.
Despite all misgivings, truth is the greatest of all disciplines, although not the easiest, for it eases conscience and liberates the soul.
When deciding on a course of action, it is extremely beneficial to follow the application of truth – it cannot and should not be denied.

10th October 2009 - Certainty.
Certainty is an interesting word for it implies that the truth is known.
It implies that all is well.
It implies a great understanding of the situation and the overall recognition of the situation.
Certainty may assist in many ways.
Certainty implies a particular belief.
A belief that all will be well; all is right; all is in order.
However, it is not always easy to achieve certainty for who knows all the answers and who knows what may arise when you move forward; when you move from one place to the next.
Maybe there are aspects yet to reveal themselves which you have not considered, in which case certainty will be of no use for these are unwritten interferences that could not have been foreseen.
Where certainty is beneficial is in the knowing of your wishes and yourself and your actions.
It is always important to be certain but it is not always possible for you may be certainly misguided.
You may be certainly on the wrong path.
As with many things, it is important to remain open to flow; to change; open to nuance.
That is certain.

There is a light that burns within.
This is the light of the world.
This is the whole light.
It is the light of life.
It is the light of all things.
It is the passion.
This light is there for all.
This light is benevolent.
This light bears the weight of all human souls.
The light is held within all.
The light guides.
The light encompasses all things.
The light holds our intention.
The light supports life.
At times, the light is overlooked.
At times, the light is discounted and yet, without light, darkness prevails.

In the scheme of things, not one thing is more important than another for the only importance is the application of love.
Where a situation is financed by love, rewards are many, many, and manifest.
The rewards of love tower above all other rewards for love is the only currency that should be heeded.
Love has many guises.
Love may sometimes walk behind; sometimes beside; and sometimes in front.
Love is not a weapon.
Love is a jewel.
Love is not to be given in hope of reward.
Love is to be given freely and without condition.
Love does not hold onto; love does not diverge; love does not seek gain.
Love is the currency of life.
Love is the currency of evolvement; love is the currency of progress.

September 12th 2009 - Evolvement
It is important to understand the role of Master, yes. It is a very important role; for the Master teaches the pupil; the pupil gains experience and information from the Masters and forges ahead with their own path in the light of the information that has been uncovered and revealed.
This enables the pupil to make the right choices; for the Masters see many things. The Masters discern a course of action that must be taken to achieve potential life purpose - for that is why we are here.
We are here for the evolvement of Man.
We are here for the evolvement of all for, as guides we are also evolving; as the Masters evolve, so does the pupil; as the Masters evolve, so does the teaching. As the pupil learns so does the Master.
It is important to realise that the change happens. Change occurs; there cannot be any other way for growth to occur.
It is important to understand the messages that are brought by the Masters. The information that is brought by the Masters is for the evolvement of all and for the progress of Man and is very important. It cannot be sidelined and it cannot be ignored.
It must be acted upon.
It is essential that it is acted upon for if it is not, things will remain as they are. That is not a beneficial outcome for growth is required in all things.
Growth is required in intellect. Growth is required in action and deed; growth is required in understanding and tolerance.
One cannot grow when ones eyes remain closed and ones ears remain un-listening. Yes, it is important to listen also; to hear.
The seasons are moving; the seasons are changing. Where once there was warmth, there will be heat. Where once there was rain; there will be no rain.
Where once it would be cold it will now be warm.
This is nature and cannot be altered.
For it is nature’s way of compensating.
The planet is evolving. It is true to say that some intellect is evolving to cope but it is not widespread.
It is a role of the Masters to allow growth.
Growth occurs when a different point of view is realised and indeed, acted upon.

September 5th 2009 - Do not supose....
Do not suppose that all is as it seems.
Do not suppose that you are the only one for there are many who walk the path to the Light.
There are many who have their eyes open and who wish to see that which we wish to show them.
It takes determination and courage to look and see that which is in front of you; for it is not always easy.
There are many challenges in life; there are many instances when we do not wish to know the truth for it is true to say it is not always simple.
There are many who ignore what it is we try to tell them.
We are wise; we wish only for truth, harmony and beauty.
We are free from the constraints of human emotion so the truth that we bring is profound and is to be acted upon in all situations where there is a choice.
We, the Masters of the Light, say to you when you contemplate a course of action try to understand the truth of the situation; the truth of the message that has been brought for only in the pursuit of truth is the path of the Light.
It is not always easy but it is always vital.

August 29th 2009 - The Horizon
It is important to be aware of the horizon.
It is not important to count the steps for the steps are of infinite proportion.
There will always be steps to take.
It is the only truth.
It is important not to carry the burden of others and to view the horizon with open eyes.
Do not be afraid for there are many things in the distance which you cannot see clearly.
That is because they are not here yet.
But nevertheless you can still see them on the horizon, so that you are aware of which direction to take.

August 22nd - The Acorn
The tree began its life as a mere acorn.
It did not know what it would become.
It had no idea of where it would grow or how tall it could be.
The acorn merely occupied its space.
It knew the space where it lived but the acorn had no concept of the outside world but merely gathered information about its personality; about what was important now.
And so it began feeding itself with the things around it. It gathered nutrients.
The acorn gathered many nutrients and began to swell and soon the space of its occupation became too small and it began to grow.
And then the mighty oak tree was born!
As the oak tree grew taller and taller, it was able to understand the world around it in which it lived.
It grew stronger and stronger and taller and wider. Straight and true was the mighty oak that was borne from the tiny acorn.
And one day, it had acorns of its own and the acorns asked of the mighty oak tree
“Where, what, who, why, when?”
The mighty oak tree was very wise for it had travelled a long journey, the journey of life.
The oak tree said to the acorns
“Wait, just be, and gather information. Be content. One day the sun will shine and you will burst forth and all will be revealed.”
And so the oak tree became a teacher, for it knew about the passage.

15th August 2009 - The Heart
It is important to see more than there is visible.
It is important to see beyond what is visible.
The eye may deceive but the heart believes and the heart knows all.
Know that you may not acknowledge what
it is that the heart is saying for the mind is very powerful and can be an ally or it can be a bully!
The mind can be a bully and push you where you do not feel comfortable.
The mind has no heart; the mind has only logic – it has its place.
But life is about balance and you must balance yourself so that you experience harmony.

August 8th 2009 - Beauty
Beauty comes in many guises.
Beauty is not always what is seen by the eye.
It is what is felt by the heart that counts.
In the nature of things, it is important not to be ruled by convention; not to be ruled by others.
It is important to bring forward your experiences and your Light in all things.
It is a lesson, and there are many lessons.

August 1st 2009 - The Day Begins.....
The day begins. It begins as it always has done and always will.
The day is a new beginning; it is the beginning of life; it is the start of something new.
Prepare for the joy of new beginnings; do not concern yourself with yesterday, for yesterday has no place in today.
It is important to understand the importance of being here now.
It is important to understand where it is you are standing now.
Do not concern yourself with the importance of others for in the scheme of life, all are important.
All have import; all have something to say; all have equal standing.
We ask only that you walk with love; that you are understanding the importance of all things.
All things have a role to play whether it is for information or for peace or beauty or love or guidance.
All things are relevant.
We ask you to observe events as you walk as one with the Light.
In observation of the moments, every thing becomes harmonious.

July 25th 2009 - For those who wish a life of peace and harmony.
For those who wish a life of peace and harmony, the way is clear.
Remain true to the teachings; do not hurt others;
do not rob others; do not hate others;
love all others.
These are the steps for a beautiful life and for enlightenment and fulfilment; fulfilment cannot be achieved by material goods but can only be achieved by spiritual means. Intend it then and it will be so.
It cannot be bought.
It cannot be borrowed.
It must be walked.
Love is the only currency that remains when all has gone.
We are all rich for we have unlimited love and therefore an unlimited supply of currency.
Love begets love.
Love remains the true constant in all things.
Love is the one true element in life and beyond.
When all is difficult; when all appears to have been lost, love remains.

Many have lost their vision, but the Light remains to guide and protect you.
See only the Light, for the Light embraces all things.
The Light knows all; the Light illuminates.

Passion
There is a message we wish to give to you.
It is a message of hope and deliverance.
It is a message of perseverance.
It is a message of faith; hope and desire - desire for change - desire for right action.

Feel passion - feel how it lights your life.
It has energy; it has love.
It grows of its own accord.
To work in the right way, one must have passion.
Passion is the gateway.
Examine your motive.
Find out where passion lies.
It will reveal its truth to you.
June 20th - Aspiration
It is important to remember that all must pass.
Time as you understand it, passes.
It is important to have a life of pleasure, without pain.
It is important to be happy.
Aspiration may not be the ingredient for a happy life.
Aspiration may deny us the ability to be happy.
Aspiration always wishes for more.
Aspiration wishes an event that is not always possible.
We know of your aspirations.
Be aware that life passes you by whilst you are “aspiring”
And you will miss the main things.

June 13th 2009 - Being Who You Are
We are the Masters of the Light and we come to talk to you today about being who you are; about ‘Being’.
It is very difficult sometimes just to be.
It may be that you think you are weak, but you are not.
It is important to ‘Be’; to take this position.
It is important to absorb; to pause.
Pausing allows the dust to settle and allows the sifting of the facts.
It allows the vision to become clear.
It is not a sign of weakness to pause.

June 6th 2009 - The Grain of Wheat
The grain of wheat allows the wind
to transport its humble self.
When the grain of wheat finds itself
in unfamiliar territory, it is secure
in the knowledge that it will be successful
in its germination, for it has all the ingredients.
Just because it cannot recognise its surroundings,
it does not mean it cannot grow.
The grain of wheat makes itself comfortable in the ground and waits.
We have many things to learn from
the grain of wheat: - self-containment;
sense of purpose; tranquillity; inevitability;
strength; growth and simplicity.
Be as a grain of wheat.
The time will come when the walls will break
down and you will burst forth for all to see.
Pure, unsullied and bursting with life.
Self-contained, yet part of the whole.

May 30th 2009 - The Iceberg
There was once a huge iceberg which floated in the ocean.
This iceberg was very tall and very proud.
It towered above all things. It said:
“Look at me – I am invincible! No-one can hold me back. I can do anything for I am big and mighty and no-one can stand in my way”.
The iceberg continued in this way for many years until one day, the sun came out and melted the iceberg away. There was no trace left of its existence. Despite all its hardness, the warmth of the sun melted away its wall of ice and it became as one with all things. It dispersed and no trace remained of its former glory. It dispersed into crystals of ice and existed within all manner of things.
It is important to realise that we are but one particle of sand on the beach of life. We co-exist. We bind. We contribute to the whole. The purpose of this is clear; much more can be achieved when working in unity with others of the same mind. Much is achieved when you turn on the heat!!
Even the mightiest iceberg will fall.
Even the mightiest iceberg will melt
and can be put to good use.
No matter how cold its heart.

* Be grateful for the things upon your table
* Be ever thankful for the fruits of your labour

May 16th 2009 - The Light
The Light may be perceived in many different ways.
The Light may just illuminate your path.
The Light could show you the right door to open.
The Light may keep you going when all around you is dark
and you cannot see your way ahead.
It is important that you carry the Light within your heart, for that is the best way forward. Have that feeling burning within you like a star so that you know who you are and where you are going. You may not always know WHY but never the less, it is important to follow that guidance; to remain true to how it feels; to how YOU feel.
Many people will try and dissuade you. Many people will not support you because they cannot feel the Light that you feel and they cannot see what you see. They cannot know what you know, they only know what they know and that is right for them.
It is not right for you.
It is important to remain focussed and true to the passion that you feel within you. It is important to feel the passion in every moment; in your fingertips and to feel it in your heart. Do not deny what it is that you feel – instead, you must open up to it and allow the passion to engulf you.
It is God’s Light; it is Gods way and God is the creator of all things.

May 2nd 2009 - The Garden
There once was a girl who lived in her own world. She had no concept of time. She had no feeling of urgency or of haste.
Instead, she chose to peruse the Universe. She was trapped by its loveliness, by all the beauty she saw around her. She could hear the bird’s sing and could hear the buzzing of the bees.
She was perfectly happy within this world but then she began to doubt its existence. She began to wonder if it was an illusion. In effect, she began to think that she was fooling herself. This made her uneasy and she began to question her thoughts and feelings.
Eventually, she became so unhappy that she had to leave the garden, thus denying herself all the love and beauty that was indeed around her, for once she began to question the beauty of all things it became reduced, spoiled and rancid.
There is a moral to this tale. It is not without consequence that you question things as sometimes the answers destroy all that has been.
Be prepared for this.

April 25th 2009 - The Measure of Success
It is important that you understand the lessons that are brought to you. These lessons are very important. It is imperative not to repeat the same errors of judgment. The lessons of which we speak are a common problem.
These are the lessons of life.
We do not expect it never to rain, for sunshine is always punctuated by rain. Rain gives you a respite; gives you time to heal; gives you time to reflect upon life and to reflect upon the course of action you have taken.
It is all about balance.
Many people live their lives in a permanent state of flux, moving from one end to the other, never settling in the middle and seeing only the glamour of it all.
Life is not about glamour!
Life is about love, happiness, success and achievement.
We do not mean “achievement” as in being top of all things – but rather in setting yourself a goal and achieving it.
This goal is not about being “superman”. This goal is about achieving something that you wish.
We, the Masters of the Light, the Universe, aim to help you achieve your wishes - providing – and there is a proviso – that your wishes are in harmony with all things.
It is important that your achievements are tempered with love and happiness. That is love of your fellow man; love of the Earth; love of life; love of yourself.
If you do not work in this way, success is empty and empty success will leave you wanting more, trying harder and never feeling fulfilled.
That is the measure of success.

Once there were a couple of stones in the shadow of a great mountain. These stones would not move.
Then one day, the mountain fell and the stones tumbled away.
There is no glory in death;
the true glory is in the re-birth for that is pure and unsullied.
It is a wise man who sees the opportunity afforded by death and rebirth.
It is a foolish man who mourns for what was or what could have been.

It is important to follow your dream.
It is important to know what it is that is in your heart.
It is important to realise your dreams.
Your dreams talk to you and you must listen; for inside each word is a jewel so beautiful, it has to hide its brilliance for it is in danger of dazzling all it comes across.
Many seek the dream.
There are many who may hold it in their hands but it takes courage.
It takes truth and honesty, strength and power.
It takes heavenly power, not that which is meant by human kind.

January 18th - Retribution
It is said that retribution is all things to all people.
We speak of paying back that which you owe and accepting that which is owed to you.
It is a much easier decision to make when the sun is shining; when gloom and despondency are cast aside.
It becomes easy when good and love abound.
Many do not believe in the light of God. In these times of violent change, it is very difficult to see where the Light reaches. There are many black hearts and black souls.
It is difficult sometimes to understand why things are.
We the Beings of Light understand, but it remains that we are here to bring Light into the world through you all.

January 11th - In Times of Trouble
In times of trouble, it is important to remain grounded and focussed on what is important to you. We realise that at times, this may not be possible when faced with tragedy and loss of all that you know and all that you have held dear.
But it is vital to stay true to those things that have always been important to you. This is your path and cannot be avoided. You will see a brighter light than you ever thought possible; you will realise that the path of the light is indeed a bountiful one in terms of love, peace and fulfilment.
When in doubt, ask yourself what it is that you want from this life. If it is made up of possession and gain, you will be sorely disappointed in your achievement. But if it is governed by love, peace forgiveness and understanding, then the rewards will be greater than you have ever imagined. Walk forward in the knowledge that all is well and all is in Divine Order. We are the Beings of light and we are here to guide and protect you through all journeys. Walk with peace and surety, in the knowledge that all is well and in Divine Order. All will be revealed and all will be well.

January 4th 2009 - The Pathis not Always Lit
The path is not always lit. There are times when the path dips below sight of the horizon.
When that happens you are in darkness; you cannot see the light or feel it upon your face.
Yet in these times you must hold the light like a beacon in your heart, for it is there, you know it, although you cannot see or feel its warmth.
We all have things for which we are ashamed; things we are not proud of; understandings we have come to borne of experience about ourselves.
These are not always true. They are not always to be believed. These are musings and reflections and do not constitute our souls.
We are all beings of an incredible nature; we are filled with light; with love; with peace and harmony.

Be proud of your achievement in realising that you are walking with and for others who are likeminded.
Do not refuse the opportunity to walk your truth and to walk the path of the light, for it has been earned and is gratefully accepted by the Universe.

The way of the light has had many interpretations over the years and it will always be so. It is because the light is such a wide spectrum of colour that each strand is different to each person.
When you are faced with a decision, be aware that in walking the path of the light, all eventualities are covered. There can be no wrong decisions or mistakes, for all is in Divine Order and is encompassed by and within the light.
Understand that this is the way of things and always has been. When you are not standing within the light, you know how it feels and you know that the absence of light makes the situation untenable.

Take a little time to grieve.
Whether it be for a relationship that has passed
or whether it be for a love that has been lost, take a little time.
The thing to understand about this is that there is always a positive message that will become elucidated and illuminated when you let it go.
There is always that solace to fall back upon when you are at a low ebb.
Be aware that we are the Beings of Light and we see all things.
We see what you do not so do not grieve too long, for there are new frontiers on the horizon.

There is more to any situation than meets the eye.
It is important to ascertain all of the facts before embarking on a course of action.
Be not afraid of the past for everything serves to remind us of the future.
Remain focussed and fixed to the object of your desire.
Do not allow outside forces to divert you from your goal.
It is important to realise that all things must come to an end at some point;
that things cannot remain the same forever.
The path is full of pitfalls – that is why light is required to illuminate all situations.
Even so there is no guarantee that you will be hazard free.
The important thing to remember is that all things pass and nothing remains the same forever.
Believe only in yourself and in the knowledge that you can rise to the challenge precipitated by change.
Be sure of the fact that you cannot go wrong when you live with love and light in your life.
Be sure of that even if you can be sure of nothing else; we are all beings of light.

The truth may be hidden but it is there to be discovered.
Sometimes the truth is not what we would wish
or what we would expect but nevertheless,
its validity is clear
and is to be acted upon.
Many years ago, a child sat on the step of life – a beautiful child,
she contemplated all that was in awe and wonder.
Use the eyes of a child to see the beauty of life
and to see these things without fear.

November 9th 2008 - Divine Order
In a world of changes it is sometimes
difficult to allow your feet to remain on the ground.
It is difficult sometimes to remain calm when all about you moves.
But what you don’t realise is that you must also change – you are not the constant thing that does not change, that is for certain,
for to remain on the spot where you are,
as a stone statue, is the road of stagnation and un-growth.
Sometimes the changes in your perception area barely detectable, but sometimes it may feel that you are a totally different person.
Do not worry; the rest of your world will catch up.
If it doesn’t, then you will have move even further to a place where you do feel comfortable, or even slightly un-comfortable.
Do not worry.
All is well, all is in Divine Order
and we are on hand to help and guide you should you need us.
We would not burden you with unnecessary changes. Be as a bridge from one world to the next. We treasure you above all things.

November 2nd 2008 - The Ship
There was a ship
Everyone could see the ship.
They could see the ship on the horizon. They wondered how they could sail on the ship.
They wondered how they could be on the open sea, in the sun, with the wind in their sails.
They watched from the shore.
Those who knew how to swim entered the water.
They began to swim towards the ship.
The water was cold and unfamiliar; unknown.
But still they reached the ship and climbed on board.
The people on the shore wished they had the courage to enter the water but they did not, so they did not reach the ship.
Those of you who do not know how to swim, now is the time to learn for it is only a moment away
October 26th 2008 - The Riddle
It is always hard to develop; to process, to make sense of the riddle.
You may ask why the riddle has materialised.
As you ponder over the riddle, it becomes bigger.
It becomes imponderable.
At such times, it is important to let go of the riddle for it cannot be solved. Allow it to unfold, for all is in Divine Order and you do not know what other changes are happening and taking place that could affect the outcome of the riddle.
Stay true to that which is in your heart and all will be well.
Do not allow yourself to become embroiled in the mechanics.
Just be.
October 19th - Live in Harmony and Grace
It is not important to worry about the how in life.
It is not important to worry about the when.
What is important is to make sure that you always live your life in the now, with love and grace, peace and understanding and a tolerance for all creatures and peoples whom you do not know and recognise.
It is important that you always live your life in love, harmony and Grace.
Where is the harmony and Grace in taking from others without giving in return?
Where is the harmony in striving only for monetary wealth and position?
In God’s kingdom, all creatures are of the same importance.
All have a right to live their life without fear
and with the right to self-determination.
This is a message for all for we are the Beings of Light
and we are here to help and guide you.
Do not be afraid of that which you do not know and that which you do not recognise,
for all things are known to us and therefore to you.
Look for the beauty in all things rather than the gain.
Look for the peace and harmony and realise that these are priceless in their stature.

When you live and walk with Grace, there is no conflict, there is no competition
and you can realise the beauty that is all around you.

Sometimes you may suffer from doubt.
This must be seen in a positive light.
When you are in doubt, you question all that surrounds you.
In many cases, it serves to ground and reinforce that which you feel.

September 21st 2008 - Why things happen..
We cannot always say why thing must happen in the way they do. The unpredictability of man lies at the heart of all things. This can be a force for good or a force for evil. Such is the nature of things.
It is important to maintain a centre of balance in all your dealings. That is not say you must be devoid of emotion, but temper yourself. Begin by also seeing another view to a particular problem. There are always as many predictable outcomes as there are unpredictable outcomes.
Try and choose the way that affords the most balance. Know that in taking a particular action, there is a knock on effect in another area, be it in your future, in someone else’s future, even in your “now”– even in someone else’s “now”.
That is not to say that the decision is to be avoided, just that clear thinking helps avoid dilemma and possible pain and strife.
Sometimes a course of action must be taken without the luxury of logic or clear thinking. This is where we guide you. This is when the idea rises from your heart – when the feeling is felt in your stomach – a gut feeling – that tells you what you must do, even though you cannot predict the outcome, or know where the course will take you.
This is when we guide you and you must have faith in the greater plan.
We see the greater plan and orchestrate things accordingly. Know that this is right and trust your gut feeling. We recognise that there is an element of risk, but the rewards are far beyond your dreams and comprehension at this point.
Be constant in all your doings and stick to your plan – stick to the thing that you really know deep in your heart, in your stomach.
Be aware of your limitations but know that limitations are there to be exceeded and excelled over.

September 14th - The Purpose of the Journey
We do not suppose that all answers are known to us.
We cannot always give you the answers you seek.
What is important is the journey that you are on.
Your journey is unique and your journey raises questions that only you can answer.
You may not always be able to answer all the questions; the permutations are immeasurable but it is the purpose of the journey to raise the questions; to fulfil the answers as you feel fit.
And then more questions will become apparent; it is never ending; infinite. And so, there will never be the feeling that all has been answered for that in itself is imponderable and cannot be answered.
It is the purpose of the journey.

and we come to you at your request to assist and guide you.
We say to you that the purpose of life is the journey.
The questions that arise; the way that you answer those questions is your journey and is unique.
We are here to help guide you, to help you look in the right place for the answers that you seek.

September 7th 2008 - The Unknown
As children we walk the path of the unknown.
We see it as an adventure. We do not entertain fear!
Everything is to be explored and searched and felt and seen.
As we become older, we lose that sense of adventure and it is replaced by fear,
by illusion, grandeur and delusions of grandeur.
We become stagnant and shaded from the light.
This is not in keeping with our purpose.
We are gifted with life.
Life is to be explored and felt.
It is not to be held on to so tightly that it allows no light to filter through.
Those of you who hold on as if there is no tomorrow, will find lack.
Those of you who open your hand and allow the light through
will see the flower flourish and open its petals, become colourful and smell Divine!

August 31st 2008 - The Truth
Many of you recognise the truth.
It is not for us to decide what your truth is. It is merely our business to show the way; the path; to illuminate your journey.
One must be aware of the pitfalls. The path is not always smooth. The thing that must remain constant is that you are open to the light, so that even if your eyes are closed you may feel its brightness.
Many of you decide that the journey is fraught with such danger that it is safer not to embark upon its passage.
For some of you, this is your truth and must be accepted.
For some of you, the adventure is the truth and so cannot be avoided if you are to achieve your potential.
For even if you are frightened and unsure,
the risk of the unknown is worth the effort.

We have no thought of prize or reward. We do not give in the hope that we may have return. We merely trust that love transcends all things. We believe that love is the most important thing. The more that we give, the more lives will be saved. We wish only for growth.
We hope for peace and harmony to enter all lives, but love must be given freely for it to survive and thrive. We ask that you give of yourself freely with no thought of reward for by illuminating your world, the world of others will also become illuminated and thus will the earth.

August 17th 2008 - Grace
I speak to you of Grace.
Grace is a way of being; a way that allows latitude to all and to you.
Grace moves and shapes with every step.
Grace allows peace and tranquillity into the most difficult of situations.
It is not to be underestimated.
To achieve Grace, one must be in harmony with oneself.
It is not an easy achievement but it is worthwhile and is achievable.
Nature has Grace in abundance.
It flows with the occurrences of every day.
It does not claim its stake; it merely is a bright light in the scheme of things,
but it does not say ‘look at me’; it merely moves.
You feel Grace when you allow yourself to flow;
adapting; changing; embracing; being; knowing; pure.

August 10th 2008 - Hindsight
It is important to remember that all things look easy and clear in hindsight. They are always easy looking back,
but it is not so easy to discern a course of action looking forward.
It is important not to berate yourself for choices and decisions made in the past when you were unawakened,
when you did not have the knowledge
or the love in your heart that you have now.
For in making a similar choice now,
you would make a different decision probably,
because of your years of learning
and experience that have existed in between.
It is one of the reasons we have this existence – to learn and experience the good and the bad.
Do not despair of the feeling of making the ‘wrong’ decision in the past. These were the times when you did not have love and experience on your side, when your thoughts were geared
towards different things and desired outcomes.
However, it is important to use those experiences
and lessons moving forward.
The realisation that love is the only criteria that matters is indeed a groundbreaking moment, for without love in your live, both
giving and receiving, you do not have anything of worth or consequence.
Do not be too hard on yourself and others,
for things are more clear in hindsight.

August 3rd 2008 - A Message of Love
There are many messages. There is a message of hope here. The message of hope for all people. The message is the one that we always bring. We ask that you be guided always by love. We ask that you bring love into all situations. Not only is that love of your fellow man, but it is love for yourselves and love for the planet.
Love every form that inhabits this plane from the most humble of insects to the most magnificent forest. These are the generators of love.
People say that the time for love has passed but this is not the truth – love redeems us, love conquers all; love is the truth. You cannot live without it; those of you who ignore it will perish.
Love in all its glory, in all its forms, is the most important of all things,
for without love there is no life.
So, my friend, every opportunity must be taken to express that which you love, to hold who you love and hold true to that which inspires love. Without this truth you will not survive. You will not achieve your potential.
It is very simple to replace anger with love. It is the gift of God. Accept his gift to you; accept the light; accept the love; accept the truth
And walk your way.

July 27th - Wealth
In all societies there are those who have much wealth.
In all societies there are those who have little in the way of worldly goods.
In our eyes, there is no difference.
We encourage those who work from the heart, whether they be rich or poor.
Wealth cannot be measured in monetary terms. A persons worth is measured only by deeds and actions. It is the way of love; it is the way of the light to act in all matters with compassion and thought for others.

July 20th 2008 - Worth
In these times, there is much emphasis placed on material goods. These chattels have no bearing in the real world.
They exist in an illusionary existence.
They have no importance other than to provide comfort or as a symbol of worth.
It is not worth in the ‘real’ sense – for worth is about love and love cannot be measured.
It is the one thing that we cannot live without.
Without love we do not exist.
In all matters, love must be applied.
It is not so much a matter of duty.
It is not to be bestowed as a commodity.
It is to be felt and given unequivocally, unconditionally, and as part of your core being.
July 13th - Trust
Sometimes it seems impossible to find your way. Circumstances conspire to darken the road ahead so much that you cannot see the direction you must take. That is indeed a worrying aspect of the journey.
When that happens, the best thing to do is to stay put until the light does enter the situation.
It is ok to stand still and take stock. It is ok to stop and breathe. It is ok not to know what the future holds or what you must do to ensure your destiny.
Just wait a moment. Take your time. Enjoy the moment now. You will know when it is time to move on because you will not be able to stop yourself.
The light will be so strong that it will almost blind you in its intensity.
Trust.
Trust yourself.
Trust in God for he knows all things.
July 6th 2008 - Wishes
Sometimes wishes do come true – when you least expect it the very thing that you have desired appears in front of you as if by magic. Sometimes this does happen.
But much more likely is its appearance in a diluted form – bit by bit – almost like ‘sneaking up on you’. You wake up one day and find yourself living the kind of life you have only dreamed of.
Rejoice in this development, for all comes to she/he who waits.
Be not afraid of the path of light. Know that there is no other place for you to be.
Know that all forces have conspired to bring you here right now. Take the time to sit in this brief moment of pause and ask the questions you have in your mind.
June 29th 2008 - Sacrifice
It is very difficult to always know that what you are doing is right and with the right intention.
When these situations occur, ask yourself what is there to be gained for yourself and for the greater good.
Sometimes there is a sacrifice to be made for the greater good and sometimes there is a sacrifice to be made for your benefit.
There is nothing wrong with any and all of these decisions – it is part of the journey of life. There will be a day when everything you do will be for the greater good and therefore there will be no soul searching or decision to be made – there is only one choice.
Rejoice in the knowledge that this is the path of enlightenment and you have found it.
June 22nd 2008 - Mountains
Sometimes it is possible to hear the mountains speak.
The mountains may say ‘look at me! I am hugely tall. I am insurmountable! You cannot climb over me!’
These are the mountains you see before you.
Big! Threatening!
But you can go ROUND the mountains.
It is not important how you overcome the obstacle.
It’s merely important that you do.
There are many obstacles that need to be overcome.
They are minor details in the scheme of things.
They are not to be given any energy; they are not to be worried over.
They are just to be recognised as an obstacle.
They are just to be recognised as a point at which you
must just move through or round.
You know that they are a fact of life.
How do you unmake them?
Well, do not give them any energy.
June 16th - The Power of Grace
The power of Grace is always underestimated. Sitting with poise, allowing conflict to wash over you, not disturbing your focus is an example of Grace.
Not joining in the mêlée when others are crowing is also a sign of Grace. Do not join in the crowd. When faced with such a situation, reflect on your inner strength and joy and allow that feeling to radiate from you. Do not judge or pass comment, just be yourself, sure in the knowledge that God watches over you with Divine humility. Everyone has their path to walk, and who knows how you would react in finding yourself in a situation of danger and malevolence.
Sit with God, sure in the knowledge that pure Grace flows through and around you, allowing for peace and beauty to emanate in any and all situations.
Be at peace. Be in Grace and humility and life’s woes will pass you by, leaving you unmarked and as fresh as the summer sun

June 7th - Vulnerability
Vulnerability is a curious word. On the one hand it leaves you open to much sorrow, abuse and emotional turmoil. On the other hand it allows you to feel all that is around you, to be affected by events, to be moved my nature, beauty and love.
It helps you to feel as others feel, to empathise and commiserate. It helps you to realise the fragility of life and all things. It is good to be open to feelings.
What is the lesson of vulnerability?
....that it is ok to feel.
For many have lost the ability to feel what is all around; to feel another’s pain; to feel the Earth in its glory and its distress. We all need to remove the hard core of affluence that surrounds us to allow the light to penetrate the apathy of mans persona. Consciences must be pricked, the minds grip must be broken and feelings must be felt.
It is good to be vulnerable, for without vulnerability, there will be no change and change is needed now to save us all.
June 1st 2008 - The Cherry Tree
The cherry tree stands tall.
Laden with fruit, its branches reach to the sky searching for sunlight so that its fruit may ripen.

There are always words to be said. There is always a point of view.
There are always people who are willing to listen and appreciate those views.
But there are also people who do not wish to listen, who do not wish to hear for
to hear may mean that action is needed.
Action means change and change means that things will never be the same.
These are the unawakened people.
Their minds and their ears are closed to possibilities of improvement for whatever reason.
There’s nothing wrong with that because everything needs to be in balance.
For every unawakened mind, there is one which is blossoming
and open to all the possibilities that the Universe can offer.
Even if one is awakened, there is still much room for growth
and discernment.
One must never stop seeking the truth and union with the creator,
with all that is, when one is united with one.
May 18th 2008 - Thoughts
We will talk about thoughts. It is the right of all of man to think thoughts. You cannot stop them.
But if you are grounded and joyful, the probability is that your thoughts will be of the same ilk.
So if you focus on the good things in your life, the chances are that your thoughts will remain cheerful and joyful!
May 11th - All life is Sacred
Life is sacred. All life is sacred. From a single blade of grass to the tallest oak tree. From the smallest fruit fly to the whales that swim in the sea.
All creatures were created in harmony on this planet to allow existence and co-habitation, self-government and self-selection.
Whilst the planet struggles to police itself against the onslaught of man, a question will remain over its future.
It cannot sustain the abuse that it is being subjected to – pollutions, poisons, pillaging of its resources. Whilst these ignorant practices remain, Mother Earth will struggle to survive.
You must return to the old ways – to respect the Earth, to replace that which you take and to realise that by poisoning the planet you are ultimately poisoning yourselves.
Life is precious – all forms of life. You must treat all life with respect and as your brothers and sisters. To ignore these simple requests puts all life at peril. Mother Earth wishes to love all of her inhabitants – please allow her to do so by respecting and loving her in return.
May 4th 2008 - Changes
There are many ways to serve the Master. One is to believe all that is said to you and to walk without question into the unknown. Whilst this is undoubtedly the quickest route, it is also the most challenging for there is no book to guide you, no signs to point your way and no door to show the exit.
The only thing that you are certain of is your faith in God and in yourself; that all is in Divine Order and that all will be provided. You cannot even rely on yourself, for your motivation is for self-survival and not into how God; the Creator; the Universe, wishes to be served.
Be confident that this is a route that many have taken before you and will continue to take even you are gone from this Earth. It is a passage of rites and all must walk its path at some point or another in their lives.
Be assured that this is a metamorphic time, when you at last become grown and in touch with the Universe and all that is. Be happy with this development as this is the doorway to your transformation and must be celebrated as such.
Life is one big celebration, whether times are ‘good’ or ‘bad’ – it is always a time of growth; of learning and understanding and therefore needs to be exalted. Without this growth, man and you cannot survive. Embrace the changes and look forward to a new and exciting world.
April 27th 2008 - Courage
To fly in the face of danger takes a particular kind of courage. It’s not a brash ‘I can do anything’ type of courage but a ‘knowing oneself’ type of courage. We all possess it, but some would not even consider that they have it.
Courage can take the form of many things and may often not be viewed as such. It could be courage in the face of evil, courage in the face of difficulties and courage when people test your beliefs, your belief in yourself and your faith in the one, the creator.
When you are tested in this way, it is sometimes very hard to admit that you have doubt. Then a different courage is needed to address that issue. Is it doubt in myself, is it doubt in God and all that is, what if I am wrong and there’s no afterlife, there is no greater plan?
Draw yourself up. Think about it. Of course there is – you know it with every breath of life you take. You can see it all around you, nothing just happens. There is a driving force, an infinite power that perpetuates all things. We are all part of this power and when we abandon our beliefs we abandon the creator and ourselves.
It is not a simple task to change the world.
But is a simple thing to change your world.
It just takes courage.
April 20th - Permanent Change
Beautiful words flow from my pen like a young stream high in the mountains. Pictures float though my mind like my very own cinema; starting slowly at first, then picking up speed and changing so fast that I find it difficult to focus on every new image.
But the theme of those images and words remain the same. I see the beauty of Mother Earth, I hear the music of the Earth, I smell its richness and I understand its love of all life.
How precious is this gift that we walk amongst every day - most of us are not seeing, not hearing, not smelling and worst of all, not appreciating.
By not appreciating the beauty of all things and seeing only the opportunity for gain and purchase, the road is dangerous and dark.
Allow the light of love to enter your life – allow an appreciation of all things to permeate into your consciousness. Only then will you be able to change your life, only then will the Earth be safe.
From this day forth, allow yourself a few moments at the beginning of your day to acknowledge the miracle of nature, the miracle of life, its natural beauty and peace. Allow its peace to infiltrate your consciousness and change your perspective. Make it a regular appointment each day and see how your life changes.
It’s just a simple thing for you to do, but imagine if the whole world took that simple moment each day. The world would be unrecognisable to how it is now. The people of the world would begin to appreciate how joyous is that moment of peace and harmony. Moments will grow into movement of mind and movement of mind facilitates change.
Peaceful and permanent change.

Follow your dream.
The road is paved with doubt.
The road is paved with thoughts of failure. The road is paved with good intentions.
But you must know this.
The dream that you pursue is the thing that you were brought here for.
The thing that you are aligned with, the thing that merges as one with your soul cannot be ignored.
To ignore it will only bring you pain and suffering.
Therefore embrace the dream, for only in its pursuit will you find your happiness and fulfilment.
March 30th - Changes
Do not be alarmed and do not be afraid of changes.
Change is inevitable. Things cannot remain the same.
Change is coloured by experience and experience changes things.
Where maybe you have viewed something in a certain way, experience enables you to changes that view.
It is important to be able to be flexible – nothing is as it seems – nothing is black and white. Your experience is tempered by…..your experience!
So do not be surprised when the outcome is not as you expected. There are so many factors in every equation, every nuance changes the outcome.
So, prepare yourself, for what you may expect could turn out to be unexpected.
March 23rd 2008 - Change
It is of no surprise to us that things are changing. Change is the one constant that embraces us all. There is no escape from change. To avoid change means to stagnate and wither. Change is life’s breath. It heralds a new beginning; a new era. It gives you the chance to start over; to accomplish those things which you feel may have passed you by.
That is not to say that is it a chance to relive your past, but it is a chance to move forward knowing new truths, understanding new things and applying them to new dreams. Or to old dreams….
It is a chance to apply new wisdom and therefore change is to be embraced. Indeed, change is to be encouraged. Imagine life without change! In fact, without change there would be no life.
There are big changes coming. Do not be afraid of these changes but welcome them as you welcome new breath. New breath enables you to live. Without new breath, we stagnate and that is of no use to any of us.
March 16th 2008 - Love
Love is the most important thing. Love is all there is. In times of sadness and grief, love is the one thing that sustains you; food for the spirit, food for the soul. Love is all there is.
Without love, we are nothing.
Without love, we cease to function.
Without love, we are shells.
Without love, we are nothing.
Bring love into your life. View all things and situations with loving eyes. Do not judge others; do not judge yourself. Just look through eyes of love and you will see how sweet is your journey. Love is like a blanket, keeping you warm, keeping you safe. When you surround yourself with love, every footstep is like walking on a cloud.
Breathe in with love, breathe out with love, with every pore of your skin, with every cell of your body; surround yourself with love. Do not skimp! Do not save it.
BE IT. BE LOVE.

It is only a matter of time before the change comes around.
Faith and love are the key. Faith in yourself; faith in the Universe; faith in others. Loving yourself; loving the universe; loving others.
So, fear not the drop of rain, for behind it the sun shines.
December 16th 2007 - Always expect the unexpected
Sometimes you go about your way and you think you know where you are going - everything is mapped out. Do not forget to allow time for the unexpected. Do not forget to allow beauty and peace to enter in.
Do not forget to allow space for the unexpected idea, the thing that comes out of the blue, that you have never realised until now.
Know that we ‘facilitate’ that light bulb moment. Sometimes you don’t always see it so we have to try and show it another way, but mostly you do.
Always expect the unexpected.
December 9th 2007 - Seagulls
Seagulls are seemingly without care, they fly on the wind, darting here and there, working the thermals but all the time their eyes peel the seas looking for food, looking for a crumb to enable them to survive.
Be as the seagull; feel the wind, go here and there, fly near the sun, but you must all the time keep an eye on your path.
Make sure that the footsteps you are walking are in the right direction.
December 2nd 2007 - Butterflies
Butterflies are like emotions. They change colour depending on which way they are viewed. What may be emotional from one direction is not in another. Good and bad temper colour.
Sometimes the experience will be sorrowful and hard and bitter and yet there is always balance on the other side of this experience.
There is always truth and enlightenment to be found – and we all seek truth and enlightenment.
Do not fear when things happen and always look for your learning. Move on, do not dwell but simply be.
November 25th - Goodness
Think of a ring. It has no beginning and it has no end; that is a certainty. The life of your soul also has no beginning and no end – a continuous circle of changes and evolvement.
Each time the circle goes round a new level of understanding and intellect is born. Relish these changes and seek them out.
Be as the circle, spinning, collecting information, collecting experience, collecting love and to a certain extent, collecting some pain.
With pain comes joy. There is no experience from which you cannot find good. Good exists in all things. You have to seek it out. It may only be a tiny speck of goodness, but one tiny speck of goodness blocks out any amount of dark. It is more powerful and unswerving than anything else.
November 18th - The Universe......
The Universe is blissfully 'unaware' of all the aspirations or meanderings that are going on in our lives.
Once we decide what it is that we want to do, it will support us unconditionally.
Also, if we then decide to change our mind and do something else, it will also support us unconditionally.
What it does is free us from anything that we would try and give ourselves as rules or limits.
November 11th - There is only one thing to remember.....
There is only one thing to remember. Remember the light within – the light burning brightly within you.
At times of sorrow, times of “dis-ease”and times of despair – look to the light within you - find the love that burns brightly and know that you are a good soul; that your soul is pure; that you only look for the best in all things and in yourself.
November 4th 2007 - Sometimes you may be too hard upon yourself
Sometimes you may be too hard upon yourself. Sometimes you expect the unattainable because you perceive that you are all things. Reflect upon the nature of the Divine and know that to aspire is to be measured and is just as important as achieving understanding. There must always be more to life – more!
More to understand; more to achieve – because of this there will also be things that you do not achieve – that you will get things that go wrong.
It is called “balance” and is by no means detrimental.
October 28th 2007 - We do not always know the Divine’s intention
We do not always know the Divine’s intention but it is important to take the steps towards self-realisation. You have potential that is real, that is achievable. The Divine’s plans for us are filled with forgiveness, leniency, love and understanding. These are all qualities that we must also bring into our hearts.
It is a human existence that you have in this world and the very nature of being human is to make mistakes. It is important to learn from the mistakes you make so that you may move forward in this lifetime.

We are all children of life. We are all learning truth, learning the way, learning the pitfalls, learning that glory is not always what is seems and learning that despair is also not always what it seems.
From despair comes strength and understanding. From despair comes hope. A four letter word that is not love? Hope.
We are all soldiers in the army of the Divine, marching towards perfect love. Do not despair in being human.

There is no harm in having aspiration. Aspiration is good quality to have. Aspiration leads us to achieve our potential. Without aspiration, we are undone.
So, what is your aspiration? What is it you have uncovered? What mountains do you wish to climb? And what steps have you taken towards achieving your aspiration?
October 7th 2007 - Indolence
Indolence
Indolence denotes a certain amount of lack of faith – a lack of faith in yourself, a lack of faith in those around you and a lack of faith in the Universe.
When you find yourself being indolent – you need to have a look at the cause. You need to really re-affirm your values and your goals and what it is you are achieving.
Achievement is a funny word. One step is an achievement – thinking about it and not taking the step is not an achievement but it is valuable nevertheless.
Look up the word indolent – see what it means exactly.
If it applies to you – it shouldn’t! Do something about it. Change.

View all situations with eyes that are full of love and there will be no disappointment – only freedom and a feeling of joy.
You will find beauty in the smallest thing. There is beauty to be found in everything. For that is the ultimate expression of love – wear your love with pride.

There will always be something – that one thing – that is not quite right. You must be satisfied with that. It is important to acknowledge the Grace in your life.

Grace expects no reward, rather, Grace is your reward in allowing you a moment of peace.

Sometimes it is very difficult to see the truth in a situation, to know what the truth is. The truth can be many things. Or one thing. And yet it is all right; it is all true.
It is very difficult to decide what to do in this situation so do them all! There is nothing to stop you. All paths lead to the same destination. Some are longer than others; some are easier; some are harder and fraught with danger.
But you will know, deep in your heart, whether this is your truth or somebody else’s.
August 26h 2007 - We are all seekers of the truth
We are all seekers of the truth.
The truth is that love is all there is.
Don’t try to disguise it or dress it up as something else, there is no substitute for that emotion. When times are hard, when you are struggling, what is it that brings you through when all else fails?
What is it that comforts you and soothes you – it is love. Love for yourself, or love from your friends and family or love from the Universe. It is all one and the same and it is the most important thing that you will realise in this life, or in any lifetime.
It is as important to give love as to receive love. There is no difference, for it all comes from the same place. The more you drink from this well the better your life will be. The more you give, the more you will receive until you will arrive at the main point of discovery in all life times: love is all there is.

When you look at people, when you talk to people, see them not as black and white; judge them not.

We always look but never see. Sometimes we don’t have time. We don’t give ourselves time to see, to really see the blue of the sky; the green of the leaves; the beauty that is all around.
We are so blessed.

Take the time to appreciate the miracle.
15th July 2007 - Look Beyond the Veneer
It is not always the brightest star that brings the greatest rewards. You must look beyond the veneer, beyond the brightness to see what lurks below. Sometimes it is a false brightness; skin deep; unfulfilling; barren.
But sometimes there is a richness; a depth where you can grow and grow and be fulfilled. Look beyond the veneer.
July 8th 2007 - Balance
There are many times, many pauses for reflection. This is a good thing. It allows you to step back from the heat of the moment and to look dispassionately at your options. Emotions have their time and their place and help you feel what is right but sometimes it is very hard to separate your mind and your heart.
You may really want to do something but your mind tells you; you are fearful; you might fail; get it wrong and lose everything. But let me tell you, everything you have gained is of no consequence if you are scared, if you are fearful to attain that which makes your heart sing. That is what you must consider. It is all about balance.
July 1st 2007 - Desire & Fulfilment
Desire – what is it you truly desire? Will the object of your desire fulfil you? Sometimes the object of your desire is a shallow, empty place but looks tempting on the surface. Desire.
Fulfilment is what you should be looking at. Fulfilment; its not always shiny and sparkly but it is good and wholesome and of benefit to all that is. For if you are fulfilled, so are we.

Many are the obstacles before you. They are obstacles because you perceive them as such. Look at them as blessings.

Everything you do makes a difference. Everything. Everything you don’t do also makes a difference. When you do things in a positive way, you make differences in a positive way. When you don’t do something, especially when you know it’s what you should be doing, it changes things. Not necessarily for the worse but not necessarily for the better either - it will just make it harder to realise your potential.
We know that sometimes the path ahead is unclear and can be frightening, but that is when you must have the most faith. Faith in yourself and faith in your choices because you have made these choices from your heart. There can be no wrong when you choose from the heart.

There is a force as old as time itself. This force is the need to grow; to nurture; to reproduce; to be. This force cannot be seen and yet it can be seen everywhere. You can see it in the trees, the bees, and the earth. This force is all powerful. Without it, this planet would not exist.
And yet, many do not recognise and respect this force. What is it that makes the flowers grow, what is it that puts the wheat into the field - what is it? What is it that makes the rabbits run?
It is the force of nature, omnipresent, beautiful, nurturing, being and blessed.

Life is entirely made up of choices. Whichever choice you make is how your life will be. Many times you will not be able to foresee the outcome of your choice.
But that is life and you must learn from that particular journey for then you will have new choices; the old choices will disappear – that is the nature of life.

Live your life with and in Grace. See Grace in all things. It’s there if you truly look; if you look beneath the surface. Look beyond what you see – there is Grace behind the hardest exterior. That applies to people as much as situations when you might feel, you might see, you might find fear.
Look beneath the surface and find the Grace – understand the lesson you are being given.

When we create expectation, we will always be disappointed. Expectation when not realised is like a broken promise and a broken promise hurts.
So, have no expectation, just take the moment as it comes and when it comes and IF it comes; then the joy arising from the unexpected is unsurpassed and pure.

Wise words are always governed by experience. Wise actions are always governed by experience. If you do not allow yourself to experience, how will you gain the wisdom to evolve?
Do not be afraid to experience the highs and the lows of life. For these experiences will allow you to understand and accept yourself.
Only by accepting yourself will you begin to love yourself. Only by loving yourself will you evolve.
April 15th 2007 - The Tapestry of Life
Many are the threads of this tapestry that we weave. It may seem, somehow, a thread is unconnected; has no destination and has no part in the pattern that you can see.
But you must trust, for it is not always right that you know everything. There are some things yet to be discovered that you have no inkling of.
We know, of course, it’s already been woven and the picture is complete. But you can’t see it.
Life is an adventure, so many things to be seen, to be done, to be experienced, open yourself up and let the possibilities in.
April 1st - All is achievable
Try to remember that we came from a place of love, of bliss. It’s not that far away if you take the time. Surround yourself with love. Feel it flowing through your body. Feel your connection to the Earth. Feel the connection to your soul. Feel the light stream through uninterrupted

No prize is ever worth gaining without some sort of hardship or struggle, else it would not be worth the prize.
Examine your heart and find out what it is you really want. If you do not know, then what is the point of struggling for something when you are not even sure that that is what you really want.

Barely a day goes by when you are not faced with a seemingly impossible task. Know that these tasks are all illusions. You have put them there.
Your mind has materialised the problem and made it real.
So, tell your mind to de-materialise the problem and it will be gone! Easy!
March 11th 2007 - Where is the light?
Where is the light? When you lift up your head and raise your chin, you feel the light upon your face. Even when your eyes are closed, you can feel the light.
There are times when faith alone guides you. When you cannot see what is ahead. You cannot see the steps in front of you. You are certain they are there because you can feel the light upon you. But you cannot see them.
These are the times when it is most important that you keep your faith. Faith in yourself; faith in the Universe; faith in the greater plan. We will not let you down. We have faith in you.
March 4th 2007 - The Soil
Have you ever taken the time to smell the earth? Smell its goodness, its vibrancy, its life? It has no axe to grind. It is full of promise.
Life-giving: nurturing; it has but one purpose – that is, just to be. It makes no claims. It knows who it is.
It also knows that in order for things to happen, it must co-operate with others. It must co-operate with the seed that is planted within it, co-operate with the sun and the rain, the farmer, the birds and the bees for it to fulfil its purpose, its destiny.

There is no better truth than the truth you see with your own eyes; the truth that you feel in your own heart.
There is no greater love than that which you feel in you heart; your soul, spreading the truth, reaching out to others, touching others.
There is no greater peace than that which you find in your own mind, an acknowledgement of what is; an understanding of being. There is no greater grace than knowing.
Be at one with all that is. That is all you need to know. Have no expectations other than just being.
February 18th - Big Love and Small Love
There is a fine line between loving and loving. Sometimes people perceive a different kind of love. They reserve love - ‘big love’ - for those the wish to give ‘big love’ to.
Then they use a ‘smaller love’ for those they do not love so much.
Examine your heart and look at who you give ‘big love’ to and to whom you give ‘small love’.
Ask yourself – should this love be one love, regardless and unconditional?
February 11th 2007 - There are many paths to travel…..
There are many paths to travel; there are many journeys to make along the way. You do not always know which is wrong and which is right. Maybe you should look at not differentiating; there is no wrong path; every path is the right path.
All paths bring us to the perfect moment which is now. You deliberate, you ponder – shall I do this, shall I do that. Is this wrong, is this right, will I get to this if I do that.
The most important thing to remember is that each step and each thought must be surrounded by love and must be taken with love.
It is the only thing to remember.
February 4th 2007 Sometimes things happen
Sometimes things happen. They happen. They are sometimes seemingly from the most inconsequential source. Sometimes these things are very, very small. But they have a huge capacity for change. Big or small, these events are to be cherished, are to be given love so that they may blossom.
It doesn’t matter how big or small these events are, they are nevertheless important and must be embraced with a spirit of love and adventure.
Nurse and encourage the flow of life and your journey will be moved imperceptibly forward. Sometimes the benefit of such events may not be apparent immediately, but they will become apparent.
January 28th 2007 - We don’t often know why we do things…….
We don’t often know why we do things in the way that we do them. But nevertheless we carry on. Sometimes we do things without knowing, without having a clue of what the outcome will be. This is perfectly normal and just because you do not know the outcome it doesn’t mean that you should avoid the situation.
Because, by being in the situation, you will learn and you will gain knowledge about things that you did not know before. You will understand more about yourself and about what you need to survive.
So, just because you have no idea about what the outcome will be in a situation, it does not mean that it is to be avoided.
It is all the more reason to embark upon the adventure!!

You are always your own guide. At the end of the day, you must listen to your own wisdom. For it is you who has freedom of choice. You may be given guidance, or have feelings, or use intuition but at the end of the day, it is always your choices, your guidance, your feelings, your intuition.

January 14th 2007 - Ignorance is Not Bliss
We wish to talk and this is what we wish to say.
Do not despair. Do not give up. Do not think that the hurdle is the final hurdle and you cannot get over it. It is just the beginning. It’s just the elimination of all that has gone before; everything that you do not need. It is time to cast doubts and fears to the wind, they no longer serve your purpose – they never have.
But now, more than ever, they need to be cast out. We will help you if you ask us. But do not forget to listen to what we have to say. It is very important. Ignorance is not bliss.
The world has shrunk. The world is within your grasp; your reach. Can you see? Just one step is all that is required.

January 7th 2007 - Judging Yourself
Life should not be judged by what you have done in the past but by what you are doing now, this moment. By what is in your heart, right now.
Looking at the past with regretful eyes brings you no further on your path, it only serves to bring you pain as you look at choices made then and a wish for a different outcome to what is here and now.
Here and now are the only things that matter. If you must judge yourself, look at who you are now. If you see and feel love in your heart, then all is well. If you see and feel fear then maybe it is time to look at the circumstances which have brought you to this place now and to look at yourself, as you are doing.
Understanding why you acted in the way you acted and by being aware of how you act and react in the future is all part of the path.
So live in the here and now, not in the past. And not in the future, but in this moment now.

December 31st 2006 - What is the Measure of a Man?
What is the measure of a man? What is the measure? Is it how much money they have? Is it what their house looks like? Is it pretty flowers in their garden?
No.
It is how many acts of kindness they perform. How giving they are. How unselfish is their intention – how much love they have in their hearts and in their eyes.
Of course, these things cannot now be measured. And so you cannot judge or measure the success of a man because it cannot be measured by the naked eye. It can only be measured by how they treat you.
And then you must ask yourself why is it necessary to measure – that is your judgement – earthly judgement – and therefore has no meaning or importance.
A man must sit down at the end of the day and think about how he has lived his day. If he has been more good, kind, and loving than he has been mean, angry and selfish, then the day has been successful.

One should never be afraid of who one is. You can decide who you are. It is not out of your hands. You control who you are – you have free will. You control everything in front of you; who you are; all your choices.
There is nothing that is out of your control. If you realise that, then everything is within your control.

Aspiration is a very laudable quality. It can keep you going when times are tough.
Aspiration can also keep you going when it doesn’t make sense to carry on in the same way.
Aspiration may make you try to walk through brick walls. And then you get hurt and disillusioned when, no matter how hard you try, the wall still stands unyielding in front of you.
When that happens, it is time to think about walking around the wall. It may take you longer but it is a lot easier on the soul.

What is the truth? The truth is the actual fact of being in any situation. That is the whole truth. There is no variance from that which is. You are. That is the truth.
So if you are the truth in any situation just by being in the moment, where is the difficulty in deciding what is right and what is wrong? There should be no difficulty whatsoever because you are living each moment in truth. Just by being.

November 19th 2006 - Fear
Fear is the biggest block to our spiritual advancement. We hold it around us, afraid to let anything penetrate it, afraid to let the light in for it will illuminate that which we will have to face.
Whilst you hold on to this blanket of fear there is no way for the light to get through. Instead there is only darkness and pain. If you are already alone, this will make you feel more alone as nothing can penetrate this gloom.
Be aware that this is self generated and that you have the power and the choice to allow it to disappear simply by choosing to let it go. There is much more spiritual ground to be gained by facing your fears and accepting that which you see. Know that it will not always be this way, but will remain so whilst you allow it. Once you open your heart to the light and love of God, there is only joy and freedom ahead.

November 12th - Do Not Be Afraid of the Unknown
It is true to say that there are many paths that we can take. It is also true to say that it can be very difficult to decide which path we need to take. The truth is, there is no wrong path, just sometimes maybe a detour. Know that no action is made of stone. You may walk backwards instead of forward, but even knowing that which you don’t want, that experience is invaluable.
So do not be fearful of that in which you are uncertain; for there may be benefits that you are not aware of at the time that would not be accessed if you did not engage. Know that we are with you every step of the way and we guide you. Know also that we cannot tell you what to do. You must use your own intelligence to decide whether this step would be for your greater good and for the good of all.
For ultimately, that is the plan. Your steps benefit not only you, but your fellow man. So therefore we say to you, do not be afraid of the unknown but rather embrace it and learn the lesson that is there to be given to you.

November 5th - Loving Yourself
Loving yourself. Why does it always seem such a difficult thing for you humans to do? To love yourself. What is the problem? Why do you find it so difficult?
You must recognize the Divine within you and the Divine in others. Once you realise that the love of God flows through your veins, you will love yourself, for you can do no other - for God loves you as you are.
You must recognize the Divinity within you and you must allow that Divinity to grow and grow. And feel it move within your heart until your whole body is filled with love. For it is only then that you are truly able to move forward on your path.

Greed. Today we will talk about greed. What is it that drives us forward? What is it that we want above all things - we have to have it?
Some people say money. Some people say that it is money that drives all things. But you know that this is not the truth. The truth is that it is love that drives all things. Without love, money has no use. Without love there is nothing. Love is all. Love is the thing that remains when all else is gone, when everything disappears, love remains - love of you by God never fails. And you know that God is within you and connects you to the Universe. You are the Divine. You are the Divine manifest.
So where does this leave you? What is it about money that fascinates you so? Do you have to have money to survive? It depends on your view of survival, but if you don’t have enough money, you have nothing? Hmmm!

October 22nd 2006 - Revival
Revival. Revival of the old. Revival of the old ways. Long ago we were beings of light. All of us. You. But due to human ‘conditioning’, in many people the light became buried and now there is very little chance for the light to be seen.
It is there, underneath the surface, but it requires will - and you all have free will – and many people do not desire to be a light being.
Their light is so buried within, that there is only a very tiny glow but you must recognise the light in all people and must try and reach out to them. Fan that light to make it grow and even if it helps a person question just one thing – about where they came from and why they are here, about love, peace, or happiness – just one little question, then you have done well.
We are seeing a shift to the old ways – to the new old ways – there are many people connecting with the Divine, whilst they are still in human form. We have waited a long time for this and are on hand to help protect and guide all of those who wish to be helped to see the light and who wish to be the light.
You only have to ask and we will help and guide you. But you all have free will and it is up to you whether you decide to move forward or not. We do not judge.
There is such beauty in the light, such love that you can never imagine until you feel its power, its heat, its light.
We invite you all to make this step towards the light. Try a little step every day and before you know it, you will be here with us.

October 16th 2006 - I see all things…
I see all things. I see motive. I see opportunities. I see love, hate, I see peace. I see all these things from where I sit.
You see, many people think these things are hidden from view but I see all. I know when people do things and why they do what they do. I know where it comes from. I see its path – it’s like a trail.
Enlightened beings also see these things within themselves and in others and are able to act upon what they see. When the journey is unclear or unfavourable it is important to cleanse and purify. It assists you to see.
We have all seen those trails and patterns throughout the centuries and everyday. They are all visible from where we are.
We are very tall and very wide and you can’t hide so today your lesson is to ask you all to examine, really examine your motives and find out why you do what you do.
Find out if it is coming from the right place and if you find it is not, and then you have work to do, for it must come from a place of love. Pure selfless love. The closer you come to selfless love, the closer you come to God.

Reading is a good thing. Reading expands your mind. You may read about many things. You may read about other people, what they are doing, what they believe, what they truly believe. And then you may research these things for yourself and decide what you believe.
But you know, your greatest power is your self-belief. Believe what you believe, think what you think, and decide for yourself what the truth is.
For what you are reading is their truth; it may not necessarily be yours. What you think is your truth and is right for you. You will know it for you can feel the centeredness within your heart; you can feel the rightness of what you hear.
You can hear through your mind, you know, through your connection with the Universe.
We try to help you, to guide you towards your truth. But you must decide what is right for you. What is your truth?

October 1st - I Am the Word
I speak the truth. Do not despair in the darkness which seems to be descended upon the earth. It is temporary. It means that the time is right for beings of light to take up their arms and propel love into all corners of the earth, into the souls of man.
It is hard to reach people with works of truth, hope and love. People are hungry for material good and fail to see or appreciate spiritual fulfilment.
We try and channel our messages to you all. The time is always now. When there is dark there must be light. Our army fights with love, truth, healing and joy. It takes time and although it seems like a rollercoaster, all is in Divine Order. We need more of you and we encourage initiatives and practises that convert dark into light, order into chaos, hate into love and envy into joy.
Religion. We can’t describe the huge shift to the dark side that religion has undertaken. Islam, Catholicism, Hebrews… all of them taken over by the very force it professes to reject. I am crying tears of despair for the blindness of man. We need you, our light workers to take away the scales of hate that cover mans eyes. We give you hope and love and in return, you give us love and hope. It is a fair exchange.

Today I want to talk about death. I’m aware of what you think but I want to talk about how you move from one place to another and how our aspirations die and are re-born.
This is a natural process. For when we understand certain things, they no longer become important as our focus moves to the next thing. This is a normal process and there is no point in resisting or feeling guilty. It is part of life. It is your inheritance.
Human kind – many aspire to the wrong things. Many aspire to physical wealth, possessions and power. These are all destroyers. You must aspire to fulfilment, love, peace, joy and happiness. These are the greatest aspirations and are priceless in their value.

September 18th 2006 - The Human Mind
The human mind is a very powerful tool. We have of course, nurtured humanity in the past and tried to raise the threshold of your understanding. It is a constant battle, but it is a battle that can be won. But you must be constantly vigilant.
You must free yourself of the earth’s vibration. You must rise above the parapet. You must seek light in all things. You must strive for perfection.
It can be a hard battle - it is a hard battle - but you must scrape off the tentacles, push them back and rise above it all. Allow your spirit to rise. Allow your higher self to shine.
The human side of you will work very hard to make you doubt yourself, to hold you back and will tempt you with earthly pleasures. You must resist. Recognise the darkness of these vibrations, push them back and let them fall to the earth.

Today is a wonderful day. Hear the birds sing. Feel the sun on your face. See your potential and act upon it. Your may see your potential for only one minute in front of you, maybe only for one second, but nevertheless it will move you from one place to the next.
You are making progress on your journey and so each second must be embraced and utilised. There is no time to waste. There is no time to fear. There is no time to be humble.

It is always difficult to be totally sure that all is in divine order. Sometimes things happen that disturb your equilibrium, unexpected things that shake your belief and your resolve.
Surrender to it. Let it run its course. Then pick yourself up and start anew, almost where you left off but with a greater understanding of the order of things. It has to happen, it’s a natural progression, the more you learn, the harder it is.
Imagine how it would be if you didn’t have the Great Spirit to guide you through, if you were in fact, alone.
There are many people who do not believe in the oneness of all things. For these people, this nightmare is their reality. Our task is to help them to see the light. Not to tell them, but by living our lives in truth, love, grace and honesty, we can show them the way. They too can have love in their lives and such love that they never need to be alone again.
This is our purpose. To spread the word and to help others along their path as we were helped when we needed to be and will be again when we stumble and fall.

We are here. We are organising the conditions for your ascension. There is much work for you to do. You must raise your vibrationary level and that which is around you. We will assist you.
Cast out that which you no longer need. Do not leave things undone or unsaid for the energy of these things draw upon your own self. Resolve all issues; bring them to a satisfactory closure. Whilst they are still active, they prevent your ascension to the next realm.
Old energies harbor unwanted interference. They are like meteorites in the atmosphere – all different sizes and they must be dissolved for you to move forward. We can help you if you ask for our assistance. We are here to help you.
Life is a trail. We give you clues and you either pick the clues up or you do not see them before you. There are a set of clues, each one to be investigated in its own right. We cannot tell you exactly what truth lies within. The clues you must learn and decide for yourself. You must decide. You must investigate.

August 21st 2006 - When you see the light
When you see the light, it may not always be a bright glowing orb.
Sometimes it is like the flicker of a candle. You see a glimpse but you’re not quite sure if you saw it or not. And you’re not sure of your way for it has not quite illuminated the whole of the path.
Sometimes you need to trust your instinct because your instinct is your connection to God and the Universe. And it is our way of saying to you look closer, trust, have faith, believe, believe in yourself, believe in your life.
Sometimes you may need to squint your eyes. But you will know what is right. There will be a flicker of hope in your heart and that is that. You will know.

August 14th 2006 - Time Marches On
Time marches on. We are pulled here and there. We are like waves. We drift one way and then another. We are at the mercy of God. We move with His grace. Sometimes the movement is rounded, smooth and steady. Sometimes it is harsh, choppy, large and small. It is part of life’s rich tapestry.
Make sure that the boat in which you are sailing has been properly built and you have your life jacket on. Faith is your lifejacket.
If your boat is built properly, you can survive all things. And if your boat should falter, you have your lifejacket wrapped around you. Do not let anybody or any situation remove it from you. When it is hot, hold it closer to shade you. When it is cold, wrap it closer around you to keep you warm.

August 7th 2006 - We are only as good as our actions
We are only as good as our actions. We are only as pure as our thoughts. We must pay attention to these things. We must ensure that we live a life that is pure of anger and hate and free from the issues of frailty that bind us to tedium.
There is not one perfect being amongst us but we must strive to that state of mind. Embrace. Embrace your Godliness. For therein lies the path to ascension. If you were perfect, you would not be here now. It is a human condition. You must strive towards understanding. You must understand without even thinking. You must understand by knowing.
Embrace your Holiness. Embrace the Grace that surrounds you. Bring it close to your heart. Let it enter your heart and suffuse your body and soul. Let it emanate outwards radiating love and peace. Radiate perfection.

Bring love into your life and don’t think about the past. Be sure in the knowledge that all is in Divine order.
So do not worry about where your path will take you; the Angels guide your footsteps, they walk by your side and all is in Divine order.
Think about the light that shines within you; think about the beauty that flows within; think about the harmony of all your actions and deeds.
For all is in Divine order.

Faith is the key to all that is. Faith brings you through times of difficulty, it takes you through the strongest storm. It helps you climb the highest mountain. Faith is the one thing that cannot be bought or sold. It has no beginning; it has no end. Faith is the motivator. Faith is the solace. Faith is the light in the dark. Faith is the morning after the dark, dark night. Faith is the key to all things.
Embrace your faith. Speak your truth. Show your faith in everything you do, every word you speak, every conversation you have.
Faith. The sound of faith; it connects us all. Every syllable, emphasis, every vibration connects heaven and earth. It connects all the angels, guides, animals, the forests.
Even the forests have faith. Faith in the setting sun. Faith in the rain that falls. Faith. They question nothing; they just are. They know that the rains will come, the sun will come. They know the rains will go, the sun will go. But they have faith. They remain true. And so must you.
July 17th 2006 It’s time, don’t you think, to do all those half-ideas that have been building in your mind
If you didn’t have to work or provide for yourself and others, what would you do? How would you manifest all those ideas that have been building in your mind, all those things that could help others and bring your special gifts to the world? Why haven’t you acted upon all your ideas? Have you not had the time, have you been too fearful of the change that would inevitably follow, or have you just been lazy? Yet the Universe has brought these ideas to you for a reason. They would not bring forward anything that you could not handle.
Think about your ideas. If you carried them all out, what a wonderful place the world would be! If everyone on the planet carried out their special ideas, imagine what a fantastic place it would be.
Helping people live their lives by sharing skills and knowledge are part of the path. The ultimate is for us all to be able to live in harmony with our life purpose, without thought of reward or ego but just for the knowing that we are an active ingredient in the flow of life.

July 10th 2006 - You know when you’re on the right path….
You know when you’re on the right path. It’s when you fall off and find yourself in a place you do not know and you don’t like that the trouble starts. You are filled with fear and darkness and you think you’re in the wrong place. You must rouse yourself to get back to that place which you know, where you are loved and safe.
It’s hard to be wise. It’s different for every person. One person’s wisdom is another person’s folly. It is hard to differentiate - which is which? You must look at it from your own perspective. What is wise for you; what feels right? When you can feel the light of God upon you, you know you are making a wise choice. You can feel the warmth that surrounds you. You know you are making the right choice so do not be afraid.
Then there are times when you may open the wrong door. That is perfectly fine. You have opened the door to see what is in the room. Sometimes when you open the door what you see isn’t to your liking. You may find that you wish to explore what is in the room and that is fine. Most people find their way back through the door or leave by another exit. All paths lead to the same destination.
You have this lifetime in which to achieve your lessons so listen to your soul’s guidance.

You cannot hide from the truth. Truth will always seek you out. Even if you have your eyes closed tight, it will find you. Truth will always trip you up if you do not speak it.

Truth can be a stick to beat you or it can be a stick to support you when you are finding it hard to walk. You can hold on to it and it will support and sustain you through the darkest hours.

26th June 2006: Learning lessons
I speak to you today about learning. Learning from your mistakes; learning from things that have affected you in the past - learning lessons. They will always return unless you learn from that which you have experienced. They will come back time and time again in different forms until you realise that this is the thing you have come across before but you didn’t deal with it. Now you must deal with it. The moment you deal with it, it will be a figment of your imagination.
And you will have grown stronger, you will see more and your vision will be wider. You will be more accomplished; your spirit will be strong because you have faced the challenge and learned the lesson. And you will move forward with you head held high.
Don’t run away. You cannot run away for it will follow you like a faithful puppy. Sometimes we become afraid and we run away. It is so clear deep down inside. Your spirit knows what is wrong for you and what is right. It will always tell you. But you must listen. You must listen for the guidance of your soul and you must take action on the guidance of your soul. For hearing and remaining passive about a situation is tantamount to neglect!
You will not move along your path until you have dealt with the lesson you need to learn or it will just come up time and time again. It is something that you must take into your heart which helps you grow.
It helps you help others who are experiencing the lesson for the first time. You will know what to tell them; whether they take your advice or not is another matter. But you are bound to tell them if they ask and give them the benefit of your experience, as I have just given the benefit of mine to you.

19th June 2006 - Borrowing
We borrow many things. We borrow time; we borrow money; we borrow the Earth without much thought about how we are going to replace that which we have taken. My teachings today are about borrowing.
We borrow love, we take love, we don’t think about how it is to be replaced. We just want. We need to move towards a space where there is no need to borrow for we give ourselves all that we need. We give ourselves time; we give ourselves space; we give ourselves love. Everything we do is aimed towards these ideals. When we get to that state, we have all we need, and more.
And we have a surplus. When we get to the point where we have a surplus, we can give our love away without wanting it back or needing it back or being reluctant to give it away. It is a very simple lesson for life, but a very strong lesson for life.
I want you to think about why you give. Do you give to receive? If you give to receive, you are not giving, you are taking by stealth. If you give because you love you are doing the right thing and you are walking the path.
This is your lesson for today.

12th June 2006 - What is it you are looking for?
What is it you are looking for? Peace, fulfilment, money, wealth, happiness? The list is endless. Where are you looking? Do you think happiness and fulfilment can be found outside, next week, monetarily, in the next town, eventually, if you keep working hard?
All the time that you are looking to the outside, you are forgetting the inside. Look to your heart, your spirit, your soul. This is where true happiness lies. This is where your journey starts.
How do you achieve happiness? By taking one small step at a time - it’s like a bank account. Each little step is like depositing a coin. Interest grows – that feeling of doing the right thing, doing what makes your heart sing, helping other people, and being true to yourself. Before you know it, you are wealthy in the only meaningful way. It doesn’t take much. Just one coin at a time.

4th June 2006 - When the well runs dry, you must climb further up the mountain
What does this mean? Are you thirsty enough to risk the climb? What has run dry? Spiritual peace? Money? Faith? Knowledge?
You can replenish yourself by aspiring to a higher place, by continued meditation, by trusting the purity of all that is, by drinking from the well of God.
We all know it’s there. Clear, pure, glistening in the sunlight. Waiting for us like a faithful friend. Asking no questions other than how do you wish your life to be? You can change it if you drink from the well of love. Are you thirsty enough?

29th May 2006 - How can you make your spirit happy?
When you think about your life and what you want from it, do you ever consider your spirit? Do you think about how you can enrich your sprit and become happy within and without? Making sure that you have peace and harmony on a spiritual level is key to all that comes after. Nothing physical can be satisfactory, no awakening can be achieved, no empowerment can be gained and no happiness can be encountered without paying attention to your innermost being.

You could look up at the stars on a clear night and marvel at the sense of magnitude. This would make your spirit soar. You could sit down and think, take some time to focus on the inner you, feeding yourself positivity, happiness and love. This would make your spirit blissful. You could do something small and un-asked for, for a stranger. This would make your spirit exultant.
